Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! To respect the time and space of our instructors and fellow students, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice for class cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of class credit. For workshops and special events, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required for a full credit or refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Purchase Policy
All class passes, memberships, and retail purchases at The Lotus Loft are final sale unless otherwise stated. Class packs have specific expiry dates noted at the time of purchase. Memberships auto-renew monthly unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Please ensure you understand the terms before committing to a package or membership. Return / Refund
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on class packs, memberships, or workshops unless otherwise stated. Retail items may be exchanged within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. If a class or event is canceled by The Lotus Loft, a full refund or credit will be issued. We strive to be fair and understanding — please reach out if you have a unique concern.
