What we offer

Ways to practice with us

Not sure where to start? Here's what each class feels like — pick the one that sounds like what you need right now.

Slow Flow

Gentle, breath-led movement designed to down-regulate your nervous system. Ideal for stress, recovery, or simply needing to slow down. No experience needed.

All levels

Vinyasa Flow

Fluid, dynamic movement linking breath to motion. You'll build strength, find flow, and leave feeling like you've genuinely done something — in the best way.

All levels

Yin & Hatha

Longer-held postures and foundational movement. Yin targets deep connective tissue; Hatha builds presence and alignment. Both are deeply restorative.

All levels

Somatic Breathwork

Aman's Monday class uses conscious connected breathing to directly shift your nervous system. Not like anything else we offer — and the people who find it keep coming back.

All levels · Mondays

Sound Bath

Lie down, close your eyes, and let Rebecca's singing bowls, gongs, and chimes move through you. The deepest rest many people find in months. No experience needed.

All levels · Events

Circles & Workshops

Women's circles, moon ceremonies, cacao gatherings, and seasonal workshops. The most intimate experiences we offer. Check the events page for what's coming next.
