Common questions
Can I cancel my membership any time?
Yes — all monthly memberships are auto-renewing and can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Just reach out to us at hello@thelotusloft.ca before your next billing date.
Do class packs expire?
No. All class packs are yours to use at your own pace — they never expire, so you can use them whenever suits you.
What's the cancellation policy?
Members: cancel at least 2 hours before class. Non-members: 4 hours. Late cancellations and no-shows carry a $12–$15 fee so others can take your spot.
Is the Lotus Legacy rate really going away?
Yes. The $99 founding member rate is a limited-time offer for our early community. Once we close it, existing members keep the rate — but new sign-ups will be at standard pricing.
